Stefanie Di Stasio: Registered Psychologist

I am a psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I have experience and interest in adult therapy and assessment.
I prioritise creating a safe, non-judgemental, and neurodiversity-affirming space for all clients.
During therapy, I draw on a number of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to the client, the primary modalities being Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I particularly enjoy helping clients find self-compassion and self-acceptance. I have experience providing therapy to clients from all walks of life and through various referral pathways, including NDIS, Medicare, private, and other pathways.

I am particularly interested in providing adult therapy for:
• Depressive disorders
• Anxiety and related disorders
• Adjustment disorder
• Stress
• Neurodivergence
• Self-esteem, identity and confidence

I can provide the following adult assessments:
• Cognitive functioning and intellectual ability
• Learning differences (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia)
• Autism
• ADHD
