Tracy Quinney: Registered Psychologist
I have been a registered psychologist for twenty years and value authenticity, warmth, humour and compassion. I have extensive expereince in child and adolescent psychology and I am committed to young clients, families and carers. Together with your child or adolescent we will develop an understanding of their feelings and behaviours and help them develop resilience, social and life competencies within a collaborative framework. It is so important that your child has a voice, feels empowered and is at the centre of any therapeutic intervention or educational setting.
I also have extensive experience working with adults and couples in a private practice setting for a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, work place issues and adjusting to life transitions.
I am committed to providing an excellent service and passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for you or your loved one as we work together towards meaningful individual counselling goals.
I am skilled in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Therapy, Attachment and Bonding and Family Systems Therapy. I am committed to cultural, historical and gender issues.
