I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Inspired Psychology with full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
I have experience working across a variety of government and non-government settings including: Department of Correctional Services, Disability SA, youth residential care, and employment assistance programs.
I hold an extensive knowledge base in the area of disability and co-ordinate Inspired Psychology’s delivery of assessments including cogntive/educational assessments, functional capacity and housing support assessments.
I also have a strong background in the area of developmental trauma and provide consultancy services and training at Inspired Psychology in the the out of home care sector.
I have experience delivering a number of therapeutic approaches which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness. I strive to stay up to date with research literature and regularly attend professional development activities. In my therapeutic practice, I use a client-centred, holistic approach with an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.
