Lucy Martin: Registered Psychologist

I’m a registered psychologist, with bachelor’s degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Psychology. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to make their own choices. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also support individuals in making positive, sustainable changes in areas such as sleep, eating, physical activity, and social connection to promote long-term mental health. In my spare time I enjoy running, pilates, and watching sports.

I am currently accepting adult referrals.
